Support a Survivor!
Survivor 2.0 Group Program
This is a 10-week program that focuses on gaining strength, finding hope and moving beyond a cancer diagnosis. This program meets as a group, is led by a Cancer Exercise Specialist, and includes strength and resistance training, nutritional support, balance and stability work, and emotional support.
We host different health professionals and complementary practitioners to present hands-on, educational workshops to increase survivor knowledge for living a healthier lifestyle.

Every cancer survivor that walks in the door at
Club Hope will receive a consultation and 3 free 30-minute personal training sessions specifically targeted to their needs. They will work directly with a Cancer Exercise Specialist trained to work with oncology clients.

“Cancer is a very lonely disease due to the lack of understanding or the fear of saying the wrong thing. Here I have found true friends that will last a lifetime who understand everything I am going through.”
“Until I walked in the doors of Club Hope, I thought I was crazy. It was here that I learned what I was experiencing was actually normal for those who have been through cancer treatments.”
“I have been both physically and mentally beat down before, but never at the same time until I had cancer. I lost all hope in life – but after just two weeks with the Survivor 2.0 program, I started to feel I was beginning to live life again.”
These programs are offered free of charge!
Survivor 2.0 is a 501 (c)3 supported by grants, memorials and generous donations from individuals.
