On that page, simply add your desired packages to your cart.

(Note that you will be prompted to login to your account, or create one if you don’t already have one.)

You can then proceed to checkout and pay.

You can also sign up and pay in person at Club Hope.

Group Training

Increase your strength, endurance, and balance in a fun group environment. Full body training is offered in a circuit setting.

Functional Training

30-minute sessions that help you improve your strength and balance, which will help you to live more independently in your own home.

Our goal is that your day-to-day activities are no longer limited by your health.

Survivor Group Training

Ongoing training for those who have completed Survivor 2.0.

Cycle Classes

Club Hope features a unique cycle studio focused on improving your cardiovascular health in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our classes are for all levels of fitness and improve your heart health with no impact to your joints or bones.

Yoga Classes

Yoga with Marianna is weekly on Wednesdays and includes both chair and floor. Take time to connect and recenter yourself. Drop In Fee of $10 can be paid upon arrival. Cancer survivors attend for free due to grant funds.

Restorative Yoga with Barb is posted on our Calendar and has a limit of 6 participants per class. Fee is $20 and is paid upon arrival. Please contact Barb at to reserve your spot.

Personal Training

Individualized training that is focused on helping you reach your specific goals and identify any areas that may need improvement.

Modified Fitness

A group class that includes chair exercises, balance, strength training and stretching, all in one hour.

Not only do we get fit, we have a great time together and improve our ability to function in the home. All exercises are evidence based.
